Through personalised hormonal guidance, lifestyle advice and longevity programmes, we give clients the space to regain control over their health and vitality. For our growing clinic in Hoofddorp, we are looking for a:
A TRT Consultant with experience in testosterone optimisation and an interest in preventive health, for a minimum of 4 hours per week.
You will join a warm, dedicated and professional team that works every day to genuinely support our clients, with care, expertise and a personal approach.
The role
In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients who are serious about optimising their health. You guide them in a warm and professional manner and help clarify what their body needs to regain balance. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake consultations focused on testosterone optimisation, longevity and overall vitality.
- Performing and guiding blood tests, including explanation of results and follow-up.
- Providing personalised lifestyle advice on nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management.
- Carrying out check-ups and follow-up consultations, guiding clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Contributing to the further development of our protocols, working methods and educational materials.
- Identifying trends and needs within our target group and translating them into improvement initiatives.
- Careful administrative processing of appointments and consultations.
You work independently, while always collaborating closely with our doctors and consultants.
Your profile
You have a warm personality, a genuine interest in health, and a strong desire to truly support clients. You have a natural ability to sense what someone needs and can explain medical information clearly, calmly and in a human way. We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with testosterone programmes, health coaching, longevity or a comparable field.
- Has experience as a nurse, at a minimum of MBO Level 4 (equivalent to vocational nursing qualification)
- Performing and guiding blood tests, including explanation of results and follow-up.
- Is a strong communicator, empathetic and professional.
- Enjoys working in an environment where personal attention is central.
- Thinks proactively, takes initiative and is energised by building and improving.
- Works accurately and carefully, with a strong eye for detail.
- Feels at home in a start-up environment that is dynamic, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking.
- Has a flexible mindset and takes responsibility.

Through personalised hormonal guidance, lifestyle advice and our holistic longevity approach, we help women feel strong, balanced and truly themselves again. For our clinic in Hoofddorp, we are looking for a:
A Menopause Consultant / Hormone Coach with experience in hormonal health and a genuine passion for supporting women through the menopause transition, for a minimum of 4 hours per week.
You will become part of a dedicated and professional team where care, calm and expertise are central.
The role
As a menopause consultant, you will be a trusted point of contact for women who want to feel heard, understood and professionally supported. You help them gain insight into their hormonal health, support them in making informed choices and guide them through their journey with compassion and expertise. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting warm, professional intake consultations focused on menopausal symptoms, hormonal balance and overall vitality.
- Performing and guiding blood tests, including explanation of results and follow-up.
- Providing personalised lifestyle advice on nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management.
- Carrying out check-ups and follow-up consultations, guiding clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Taking an active role in the further development of protocols, educational materials and client guidance.
- Identifying trends and needs within our target group and translating them into improvement initiatives.
- Careful administrative processing, ensuring that our care pathways remain clear and well organised.
You work independently, while always collaborating closely with our doctors and consultants.
Your profile
You have a natural ability to put women at ease and guide them with understanding, respect and expertise. You understand how significant the impact of hormonal changes can be, physically, mentally and emotionally, and you are able to bring clarity to what is often a confusing phase. We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with menopause support, hormone coaching, women’s health or a comparable field.
- Has experience as a nurse, at a minimum of MBO Level 4 (equivalent to vocational nursing qualification)
- Is a strong communicator, empathetic and professional.
- Is able to explain medical information in a clear and accessible way, without judgement and with care.
- Is energised by providing personal care and genuinely wants to help women move forward.
- Thinks proactively, shows initiative and enjoys contributing to a growing organisation.
- Works accurately and takes responsibility.
- Feels at home in a start-up environment where we build quality and growth together.
- Is flexibly available and inspires confidence.
