Medication and laboratory tests are covered by most health insurers. Some supplementary insurance plans also provide partial reimbursement for consultations. You can check this with your insurer (Dr Ingrid Kuiper, BIG registration number: 19042361601). Please note: consultations are not reimbursed under basic health insurance. Payment is made at the clinic after your appointment. You can pay easily by debit card or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

* Blood test during the introduction consult
During the introductory consultation for HRT (hormone therapy for women) or TRT (testosterone optimization for men), we conduct targeted blood tests. We measure only the values necessary to obtain a reliable picture of your hormonal health and overall vitality.

If you would like a broader insight into your health or for additional analyses to be performed, this is of course possible in consultation with the advisor. Additional blood values can be added at a rate of €30 per extra measured value.

Hormone Care Men
We monitor how you feel, check your blood values and provide support when medically necessary. This way, possible risks can be identified and mitigated in a timely manner. At the same time, we ensure that your treatment remains closely aligned with your body and personal goals. The Hormoon Care Men package includes:
– Ongoing medical supervision to ensure your treatment remains safe and well-adjusted.
– Four to six consultations (15 minutes) per year, online or on-site, to discuss your progress and results personally.
– Two follow-up blood tests per year during the consultation, so that changes in your health become visible in good time.
– Adjusting your treatment when your body, symptoms or blood values require it.
– Contact via WhatsApp and email, so you can always reach out to us with your questions.
– Home delivery of your medication and injection supplies for optimal convenience.
– Annual body scan and blood pressure measurement for a broader picture of your physical health.

Hormone Care Women
Each client starts with Hormoon Complete Women for a minimum of six months for €89 per month. During this initial setup phase, we carefully monitor how you respond to the medication. We evaluate the effect, discuss any side effects, and adjust the medication or dosage when medically necessary. After these first six months, you can continue using Hormoon Complete or, once your treatment is stable, switch to Hormoon Companion or Hormoon Continuity. Please note: Follow-up blood tests, additional diagnostics, and additional consultations outside the subscription are charged separately.

Hormone Care Complete For clients who want to be able to count on active, continuous guidance. In addition to a maximum of six physical or online consultations (15 minutes) per twelve months, repeat prescriptions and your medication delivered to your home, substantive questions can also be asked in the meantime via the app and email. Medication and dosage adjustments can be discussed and assessed during these consultations.

Hormone Care Companion For stably managed clients who wish to evaluate their treatment a maximum of twice a year during an online consultation (15 minutes) with a specialised menopause consultant, with repeat prescriptions and home delivery of their medication. Medication and dosage adjustments can be discussed and assessed during these consultations. Interim medical questions, additional consultations and adjustments outside these consultations will be charged separately.

Hormone Care Continuity For stably managed clients who require only repeat prescriptions and home delivery of their medication. Active monitoring, medical questions and dosage adjustments are not included. Intermittent medical questions, additional consultations and adjustments outside these consultations will be charged separately.

Particularly when training at a high level, experiencing changes in hormone levels, or following performance-focused programmes, appropriate medical guidance can be valuable. At IKARIA Clinics, we believe in a harm reduction approach: helping to minimise potential health risks through objective monitoring, clear insight and professional guidance. Blood testing can help track important health markers and identify early signs that may require attention. As every individual is different, we offer three levels of blood testing. The most suitable option for your circumstances will always be discussed with one of our consultants, ensuring that the testing is tailored to your goals, health profile and specific needs.

Plan 1 | Introduction consult with basic blood test
A foundational health assessment focused on overall wellbeing, hormonal balance, and key organ functions, including a full blood count, creatinine + eGFR, ALT, cholesterol (LDL/HDL), testosterone, oestradiol, and PSA. Ideal as a first step for individuals who want insight into their essential health markers and overall vitality.

Plan 2 | introduction consult with standard blood test
A more comprehensive assessment with additional focus on hormones, liver function, thyroid health, metabolism, and cardiovascular wellbeing. This panel includes a full blood count, creatinine + eGFR, ALT, gamma-GT, triglycerides, testosterone + SHBG, cholesterol (LDL/HDL), TSH and free T4, oestradiol, PSA, and albumin. Ideal for individuals seeking deeper insight into their health and more advanced monitoring of key biomarkers.

Package 3 – Premium blood test
Our most comprehensive assessment, designed to provide in-depth insight into hormonal health, cardiovascular risk factors, metabolic health, and recovery capacity. This panel includes a full blood count, cystatin C + eGFR, ALT, gamma-GT, cholesterol (LDL/HDL), testosterone and SHBG, ApoB, lipoprotein(a), vitamin D, TSH and free T4, HbA1c, triglycerides, IGF-1, PSA, and albumin. Ideal for individuals who train intensively and want to monitor their health and performance with a high level of precision.
