How can I pay?
You can pay directly after treatment with a debit or credit card at our clinic.

Does my health insurer cover treatments?
Most health insurers reimburse medication and laboratory tests. Consultations may be partially reimbursed by supplementary insurance. We recommend checking with your health insurer. Please mention the details of Doctor Ingrid Kuiper (BIG number: 19042361601). Please note that the basic insurance does not reimburse our consultations and must be paid for immediately afterwards.

Where can I park?
Parking is available in front of our clinic on Nieuwe Gracht in Haarlem. There are also parking garages in the centre of Haarlem, such as the Appelaar.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can. If you want to reschedule your appointment, we ask you to inform us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, we are obliged to charge €75. For a no-show (failure to attend without cancellation), we will charge €100.

What is the male menopause?
Male menopause refers to symptoms caused by a decrease in the hormone testosterone It can lead to various effects, such as irritability, fatigue and a reduced libido.

How can I get my testosterone tested?
The process starts with a blood test at our clinic. You will first have an introductory meeting with one of our medical consultants. We will discuss your needs and goals and take a blood test to determine your values. From there, we work with you to draw up a personalised programme.

Do I need a referral for treatment?
No, you don't need a referral from your GP, for example. You can make an appointment directly.
